Recieved a call from david Brockbank saying that he can get me into a debt elimination program…he said that i would work with the lawyer Flangas? In 24 months, i would be out of my debt..is this legit?

Scam – consider that a scam.
And also, never in your dreams consider doing business with anyone that calls you, sends you emails, or junk mail.
If you ever want a good company – do your reasearch and find the best.
All these debt companies are scams.
And…. you can easily (very easily) do this yourself.
Get a book on Credit and Debt Repair
There will be chapters that will make you a PRO at negotiating settlements.
^^^ You could save thousands of dollars by doing this on your own.
Not going to tell you exactly how the scam works, since so many scammers hang around here looking for ways to make easy money. They essentially rob you blind. And most people end up in court anyway

Huntsman is talking sence. If something sounds too good to be true then it probally is. If you want to “get on” one of these programs then yes do research, but it could still have an impact on your credit rating. Perhaps you could speak to each of your creditors indavidually and agree on a lower payment?
Out of debt is NOT the same thing as having a clean credit report. Even if this program were genuine, you would still have poor credit showing up for several years
It is a scam, I just Googled David Brockbank debt elimination and eventually found a webiste but my security program says it is not a safe site but this is what I copied for you.
David Brockbank and Brian Cutright are the owners on PRG, Paragon Financial Solutions and now are running a Debt Elimination Scam under the company name of Consumer …
