Question by confused: Validity of Consumer Relief Solutions, Inc. – They work to get your Interest down.?
I am sceptical about this sort of thing – but do need help. Does anyone out there have any experience with a company called “Consumer Relief Solutions, Inc.” out of Goldenrod, Florida? They do not promise to reduce your debt – they say that they work with Credit Card Companies to get your interest rates reduced. Any and all information would be appreciated. Many Thanks!!

Do not use any company for this service who wants to charge you money, Consumer Credit Counseling Agency is a non profit government organization that will do the same thing for free. Check local phone listing, they have offices all over the country. ?I used them and was able to pay off my credit card debt in just under two years. They set up a once a month, one payment plan for me, got the companies to not charge me more fees and reduced the interest charges as well. All for free.

I am not aware of any cases of any company doing this successfully. The State of California investigated the debt relief industry and found that most or all companies that took money did not even try to get the customer any relief; they either asked for more money or moved on to the next victim. I doubt Florida is any better, and would expect it to be worse.
